Ryu's Jewelry specializes in genuine pre-owned luxury watches, fine jewelry, diamonds, and related accessories.

Unless otherwise stated, all watches sold on this Site are pre-owned.

Product descriptions, specifications, photographs, and pricing are provided to the best of our knowledge. While we strive for accuracy, occasional errors may occur.

2. Authenticity

All watches offered for sale by Ryu's Jewelry are guaranteed to be authentic unless otherwise stated.

Ryu's Jewelry is an independent retailer and is not an authorized dealer, distributor, or service center for Rolex SA or any other watch manufacturer.

Rolex®, Tudor®, Omega®, Cartier®, Breitling®, TAG Heuer®, and all other trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification purposes.

3. Aftermarket & Custom Components

Some watches offered for sale may contain aftermarket or custom replacement components, including but not limited to:

Dials
Bezels
Bracelets
Diamonds
Gemstones
Hands
Crystals
Clasps

Whenever a watch contains aftermarket or custom components, this will be clearly disclosed in the product description.

4. Product Information

We make every effort to accurately describe each item.

However:

Colors may vary due to monitor settings.
Measurements are approximate.
Diamond weights are approximate total carat weights unless otherwise specified.
Vintage watches naturally exhibit signs of age and prior wear.

5. Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Although we make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, typographical, technical, or human errors may occur.

If an item is listed at an incorrect price, Ryu's Jewelry reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund before shipment.

6. Orders

Submission of an order does not constitute acceptance.

Orders become accepted only after:

payment has been authorized,
inventory has been confirmed, and
the order has been prepared for shipment.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

7. Payment

We accept payment methods offered through Shopify, including major credit cards and other approved payment providers.

Orders may be subject to fraud verification before shipment.

8. Shipping

All watches and jewelry are carefully packaged and shipped fully insured.

Most high-value shipments require an adult signature upon delivery.

Risk of loss transfers to the purchaser upon confirmed delivery by the shipping carrier.

9. Returns

Returns are subject to our Return Policy.

Certain items, including custom jewelry, modified items, or special-order products, may not be eligible for return.

10. Warranty

Unless otherwise stated, pre-owned watches include a one-year limited warranty provided by Ryu's Jewelry.

This warranty is separate from any manufacturer's warranty.

Warranty coverage does not include:

accidental damage
misuse
water intrusion
theft
loss
cosmetic wear
damage caused by unauthorized repairs

11. Repairs

Repair estimates are based upon the condition of the item when received.

Because many vintage watches and jewelry pieces contain aged or previously repaired components, additional work may become necessary during servicing.

Ryu's Jewelry is not responsible for hidden defects that cannot reasonably be detected prior to repair.

Separate Jewelry Repair Terms apply to all repair services.

12. Intellectual Property

All content appearing on this Site, including photographs, logos, graphics, text, descriptions, videos, and designs, is the property of Ryu's Jewelry or its licensors.

No content may be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ryu's Jewelry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this Site or the purchase of products.

Our total liability shall never exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.
