Return Eligibility

Most merchandise may be returned within 14 calendar days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange, provided that:

  • The item is returned in the same condition in which it was received.
  • The watch or jewelry has not been worn beyond normal inspection.
  • All accessories, presentation boxes, certificates, tags, and included items are returned.
  • The item has not been altered, resized, engraved, or modified after delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or were shipped incorrectly:

  • Custom-made jewelry
  • Personalized or engraved items
  • Special-order merchandise
  • Items altered or resized at the customer's request
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items

Return Authorization

Before returning an item, please contact us to obtain return instructions.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

For your protection, we recommend using a fully insured shipping service with signature confirmation.

Ryu's Jewelry is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will work promptly to resolve the issue.
